OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We are pleased to offer both local
and international shipping.
Violet Grant Soapery takes pride in securely packaging your order and shipping it out to you
via our shipping provider SENDLE.
While we make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, please allow 1-2 days
for your order to be processed for sending.
In most cases the order will be shipped on the same or following business day. Please note that this excludes Friday's, Weekends, National / State/ Region Public Holidays and peak periods
(We are based in Adelaide, South Australia).
Most capital cities and surrounding suburbs will receive delivery within 3-7 business days* and in regional areas and Western Australian locations within 7-10 business days*.
*Postal services are experiencing minor shipping delays at the moment. This may or may
not extend delivery times.

Violet Grant Soapery offers Free postage for
all Australian orders over $100
which includes fast shipping with tracking.
All orders that are under $75 are
shipped for a flat rate of AUD $9.50
