We ship Australia wide and also offer International Shipping.

Australian Orders

  • Free shipping Australia Wide for orders over $100AUD

  • All Australian shipping costs are calculated by weight and applied at Checkout

  • Free Pick-Up option available for local customers

  • Orders will be shipped from our site in Northgate, South Australia

International Orders

  • International shipping is available to all Zones 1-5 (see Zone information below)

  • We do not overcharge for shipping and proudly use SENDLE as our shipment buddies.

  • International shipping fees applicable, and delivery areas are restricted. Delivery times may vary. 

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  

  • VIOLET GRANT SOAPERY is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

  • We always aim to provide the best possible experience to our customers, but sometimes shipping can experience delays which are unfortunately out of our control.

General Shipping Information

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from our Shipping company which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Violet Grant Soapery with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
